Welcome to the Delaware County District Library

Beginning Monday, November 10th, the Delaware County District Library will be offering a new collection of movie DVD's to patrons we are excitedly referring to as our "Boomerang" collection. This collection of DVD's will highlight the newest, most current DVD movie titles for patrons to check out on a first come, first serve basis for an abbreviated loan period of 3 days. Book discussions for adults are held at all of our three library branch locations during the months of November and December.

At the Powell Branch Library in November, we'll be reading a true story about a modern-day "Indiana Jones" and his effort to defeat terrorism in the Taliban's backyard. At the Ostrander Library branch, it's an intriguing story about books and survival. During the first week of December at the Main Library, we'll talk about a love story that stood the test of time. Dogs, dragons and librarians, what to do they have in common? Kids ages 9-12 can find out at the Ostrander Library Branch the first Saturdays in December, January & February.
