Around the World in Books & Bites

The Daughters of Erietown

Each month we will explore the world through reading stories set in various countries while also sampling the ethnic cuisine of our book selection.

Come enjoy a diversity of cultures and cuisines as we read our way around the world.

In November, as we welcome the fall and Turkey Day, we are cozying-up and staying local. The setting for our book selection is the good old Buckeye State - Ohio.

Instead of a suggested restaurant pairing, let's share our favorite Thanksgiving dishes, recipes, and traditions.

Our November book is The Daughters of Erietown by Connie Schultz. Since this is a new title, there will be a long waitlist. I have reserved a few copies, so email me (jkelch@delawarelibrary.org) if you need a copy of the book.

Prior to the virtual meeting, you will receive an invitation email for the Zoom session.
