Zion AME Church, Delaware
A Place of Warmth
With support from the community, A Place of Warmth will be open each night beginning Saturday, January 13th throughout the following Saturday, January 20th, 2024. Doors open at 8 pm. The church is located at 51 West Central Avenue in Delaware at the corner of Franklin Street and West Central Avenue.
A Place of Warmth serves single men who are experiencing homelessness. The warming center is open when overnight temperatures are predicted to fall to 20° F or below.
