Public Services Director

In this role, you will lead the heart of our Library’s patron-focused operations. This critical leadership position is responsible for all activities within the public service departments, including five branches, the Outreach Department, and two Maker Studios. You will also provide operational oversight across multiple locations, ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality library services to our growing community. Additionally, this position will be at the forefront of the Library’s evolution, leading our teams to adapt to new trends and initiating process improvement that enhances the efficiency and quality of our customer-facing services. Assistant Branch Manager – Youth Services Supervisor

In this dual-impact role, you will assist in the overall running of the Orange Branch, a vibrant 33,000 square-foot facility, while directly overseeing the operations, programming, and management of the Youth Services Department.
