If you or someone you know needs a little holiday help this year, PIN is here to lend support. Applications for the People in Need 2025 Holiday Clearing House are open now. The PIN Holiday Clearing House provides gifts, winter wear, and food to Delaware County seniors and families with children permanently residing in the home.Applications are due by 3 pm Friday, October 3, or until capacity of 525 approved families is reached. Families and Senior-only households are both welcome to apply.

This year’s applications will only be accepted through the online form located at DelawarePeopleInNeed.org/hch. Due to the expected volume of applications, no exceptions can be made to the October 3 deadline.

If you need assistance accessing the internet to fill out the form or upload the supporting materials, please visit your Delaware County District Library branch and speak to a staff member at the Information Desk for support.

Distribution Day for the Seniors Holiday Clearing House will be Thursday, December 11; Family Distribution Day is scheduled for Sunday, December 14.

Food, coat, and toy donations are welcomed and may be dropped off directly to the Delaware County Fairgrounds on weekdays from 10am-2pm from Monday, December 3 through Friday, December 12.
