Applications for the People in Need Holiday Clearing House 2023 are due by 3 pm this Friday, October 6. The PIN Holiday Clearing House provides gifts, winter wear, and food to Delaware County seniors and families with children permanently residing in the home. If you or someone you know needs a little holiday help this year, PIN is here to lend support.

This year’s applications will only be accepted through the online form located at DelawarePeopleInNeed.org/hch. Due to the expected volume of applications, no exceptions can be made to the October 6 deadline. Photo ID for the applicant and ID for each child is required (kids can be school ID, birth certificate, vaccination record, insurance card, etc.).

If you need assistance accessing the internet to fill out the form or upload the supporting materials, please visit your Delaware County District Library branch and speak to a staff member at the Information Desk for support.

Distribution Day for the Holiday Clearing House will be held on Sunday, December 10 at the Coliseum Building on the Delaware County Fairgrounds, located at 236 Pennsylvania Avenue in Delaware. Seniors will receive their gifts on Thursday, December 7, by delivery OR pickup.
