DCDL Storytime for kids is taking a short, one-week break from March 29–April 4, 2026. This pause will give our amazing team time to prepare stories and activities for your young readers. Storytime will resume the following week, and we look forward to welcoming everyone back.

We also want to make sure your little readers can continue enjoying stories, songs, and activities even if they can’t attend Storytime or visit one of our library branches. Visit our Storytime Anytime page for fun videos they can watch, listen to, and play along with anytime, anywhere.

Your favorite librarians lead themed Storytimes in these videos, making it easy to keep the fun going wherever and whenever possible. You’ll also find links to our DCDL YouTube channel, where more than 60 Storytime videos are available, complete with songs, activities, and even special visitors.
